Raisner Roupinian LLP filed a class action suit on March 25, 2022, against Public Consulting Group, Inc., and Staffing Solutions Organization, LLC (collectively, “Defendants”), seeking to recover 60 days wages and benefits for former employees under the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification  (“WARN”) Act and the New York WARN Act (the “WARN Acts”).  We contend Defendants’ ordered mass layoffs at their facilities on or about February 25, 2022, without providing their employees with 60 days’ advance written notice as required by the WARN Acts. The case is pending in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
