UPDATE 04/08/2025 On March 24, 2025, the Bankruptcy Court certified a class, for settlement purposes only, of non-union employees and preliminarily approved a WARN settlement of $8.75 Million.  Notice was mailed to class members on April 7, 2025. A Fairness Hearing will be held on June 16, 2025, to consider final approval of this settlement.
